As we age, our bodies naturally lose muscle mass, bone density, and coordination — but with the right training, we can slow and even reverse those effects. Senior Strong is a small-group class designed specifically for older adults, focusing on functional strength training to preserve muscle, protect bone health, and improve balance and mobility. With intentionally smaller class sizes, our expert coaches provide extra attention to ensure proper form, safety, and progress at your pace. Beyond the workout, you’ll join a supportive community of peers who share the same goal: staying strong, confident, and capable of enjoying life to the fullest at every age.
