Fiber Arts Fun or Jewelry Making Ages12-15

This is a 6 week class running each Thursday from 7.6-8.10 at Camp Paradise (44 Cole St. Beverly).

AGES 12 - 15

Class Description:

Fiber Arts is an art form where different types of fiber, such as, paper, fabric, yarn, plants, etc. are used to create art or crafts. This can include sewing, crochet, weaving, fabric painting and dyeing, paper art, and many other mediums. Each week we will try our hand at a different form of fiber art. This class is meant to give kids space to be creative, the opportunity to experience different tools and mediums and to skills for sustainable living.

Instructor Bio:

Linda Sessa: Linda is a student of the Universe and Mom of two wonderful boys, 26 and 14 years old.

BA in Multicultural Education, Diploma in Cosmetology, Diploma in Culinary Arts

Homeschool parent for over 10 years

Retired Hair dresser of 30 years

Naturist/Multi-media Artist/Cook/Steminist/Education/Volunteer

Neurodiverse

Student of the Universe - Linda likes to learn everything and pass on her experiences to help others learn
