REGISTRATION INFO REFUNDS: When a student drops a course, instructional and other costs must still be met. We cannot issue refunds for trips, special events or ticketed events unless a replacement has been found. No refunds are given for single session classes. No refunds will be provided for summer camp cancellations made two weeks prior to session start or later. Refunds will take up to four weeks to process. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from ALL refunds. COURSE WITHDRAWALS: If you withdraw from a class and want your tuition refunded, you must notify Beverly Recreation seven (7) calendar days prior to the course start date. Your refund will be less a $10 processing fee. If you withdraw within (6) calendar days prior to the course start date, you are eligible for a transfer credit, less the $10 fee. No credit or refund is given once your course starts. COURSE CANCELLATION: We may cancel or postpone a course with low enrollment. Full refunds or credits granted. SUPPLIES: Material fees are payable to the instructor. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Programs that take place at Beverly schools are cancelled automatically when schools are closed because of weather. Programs that take place at sites other than Beverly schools may not be closed when schools are closed, so call (978) 921-6067 or visit bevrec.com if in doubt. NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS!: Consider yourself enrolled unless you hear otherwise. The only time you will hear from us is if there is a change in time, day or location of a class, or the class is full. If you would like a course confirmation receipt, please send us a self-addressed stamped envelope. CLASS EVALUATIONS: will be distributed at the end of each class or session. We appreciate the time you take to complete them. It will insure that your needs are met and that quality programs are being offered. We welcome your suggestions. |
