TUMBLING TOTS GYMNASTICS (AGE 3-4) Instructor: Iron Rail Gymnastics. All equipment used is age appropriate and tailored to the size of preschool age children. Activities develop strength, flexibility, coordination and listening skills. Games, music, balls, hoops, small obstacle courses and preliminary skills on gymnastics equipment, create a unique atmosphere for learning.

HOMECOMING LOBSTERFEST LOGO CONTEST All ages may participate. Winners in two categories, children 15 and under and people 16 and older. Submit entries by 4/15 and winners chosen by 5/15. Send entries to Bruce Doig at Beverly Recreation, 55 Ober St., Beverly, MA 01915. Entries should be a minimum of 8 1/2" x 11". Winners chosen by the Homecoming Committee. |

PARENT & TOT PLAYGROUP Experience our long-running parent and child playgroup with facilitator, Claudia Harrington! Enjoy crafts, songs and free play with your child in an informal group setting. Great way for parents and kids to all interact and socialize. Ages range from birth to Pre-K. (Parents are responsible for supervising their own children at the playgroup.)

PAWZ - MIDDLE SCHOOL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING Classes start Monday, January 9, 2012 and run until March 30, 2012 (12 weeks/36 classes). Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:15PM until 6:45PM. Registration will begin in November 2011. This class is back in the Weight Room at the new BHS!

YOUTH UMPIRE TRAINING Instructor: Bruce Doig. Learn the basics of umpiring necessary to umpire Little League and Girls Softball games. Open to any boy or girl who will be 13 years old by April 1, 2012. Training includes fundamental rules of the game, on-field situations and umpiring mechanics for youth games. All participants will receive rulebooks to study.
