THE ART OF FISHING: LEARN TO FISH & IMPROVE YOUR FISH CATCHING ABILITIES Instructor: Arnold Goldsmith. This course will help you learn how to fish and/or improve your hook-to-catching ratio. Learn what fisheries are in New England, from fresh to saltwater, tactics used from fly fishing to shore fishing to boat sport fishing, utilizing equipment from simple bait tactics to down rigging and outriggers.
