C.I.T. Program

Our CIT Program (Counselors in Training) is for kids aged 13-16 years old. Participants gain focused counselor training and take on responsibility as they plan and lead games and crafts with counselors. CITs are not paid for their time; the skills and self-confidence they gain are the reward!

CITs are needed at the ACME, ACME Jr., Tiny Tykes and Parks programs. The CIT Supervisor will make assignment decisions. We'll try, but we cannot guarantee that each CIT will be close to home! The application deadline for CITs is Friday, May 23. All applicants must be at least 13 by June 30, 2008.

Applicants will be interviewed and must provide one letter of reference with their application. There will be an orientation prior to the start of summer programs. We value CIT's participation and input, knowing that great programs cannot exist without them. Apply now and become a part of our team!!
